January 2020 – I got into baking
I waited a few month to see if it was ‘just a phase’.
Turned out I really got into it. So much so, I started calling it my new hobby.
April 2020 – my birthday
When my mum asked me what was on my wish list, I straight away sent her a link to a Smeg Stand Mixer website offering a great discount.
Present day –
It makes baking even more fun, it saves time and effort and I use it very often. It also makes me feel like being part of ‘the stand mixer club’.
So many recipes mention the mixing time, or the mixing attachment you need. I now understand what they mean. And, I can do exactly as they describe.
